We deliver free STI testing kits to your home in plain packaging.
You can use the kits to test yourself for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and syphilis. You'll need to do a urine sample and a small blood sample and post them to us for free. There are also options for throat and rectal swabs.
Who can use this service?
You need to be aged 18 or over. We can only deliver tests to addresses in Greenwich and Bexley.

Order your home testing kit
Order your kit from Greenwich Sexual Health or Bexley Sexual Health. If you're a gay or bisexual man or trans person, you can also order home STI kits from Pitstop PLUS.
Taking your blood test:
All our home testing kits come with an instruction booklet on taking your own samples. The video above may also help with those kits where a small blood sample is also required. If you are phobic of needles or blood, please contact us at the Sexual Health Office, on 020 8305 5005, so we can help signpost you to a clinician to help you take a blood test.
What happens next?
You'll receive your testing pack within 7 days. After you've taken your samples, post it back to us for free. We'll text or phone you with your results within 7 days after receiving your samples. If you live somewhere else in London you can can order kits from Sexual Health London.
