About this service
In partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Charlton Athletic Community Trust and Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, we deliver a wide range of sexual health services for young people and their families in Greenwich.
As part of our young person's sexual health services, we offer bespoke workshops in schools and youth hubs across the borough on various relationship and sexual education (RSE) topics to students in Year 7 up to Sixth Form. Our sessions cover various topics including: consent, sexual health and the law, contraception, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), healthy relationships, pleasure, pornography.
For more individualised support, Young Greenwich Sexual Health offers free one-to-one sessions for young people between the ages of 13-24 years old living, working or studying in Greenwich. These sessions will cover a range of topics to support healthier relationships and behaviours around sexual health. Additionally, our team runs a free helpline to answer individualised sexual health queries and signpost on to other services.
As part of our young person's sexual health services, we can also offer school staff and nurses training to provide free C-card and condom registration and distribution for pupils in school. This will include assessing Fraser competency for children under 16, and how to access local sexual health services.
