Training and development

Our bespoke training builds on our expertise in youth, mental health, hate crime, domestic abuse, HIV, sexual and reproductive health

[METRO] took their time with us and really made an effort to understand us and our business. I feel we learned so much and it was incredibly enjoyable.

About METRO Training

Each training session is designed to engage attendees and develop organisational approaches that encourage inclusivity and celebrate diversity. The training content, discussions and activities help equip participants with the knowledge, resources and tools they need. Our sessions are carefully curated to support a practical and achievable approach to enhancing inclusion.

METRO training encourages an intersectional approach to inclusion that acknowledges the ways in which our interrelating, diverse identities effect our experiences in the world. The training offers a supportive space where participants are able to expand and update their individual knowledge, facilitated by experienced and well-informed trainers.
