Families affected by HIV face challenges that can seem insurmountable
Parents often struggle with feelings of loss, guilt or anxiety about their children's future. They may be worried about others finding out and feel alone or stressed. We work with many families who are affected by poor housing, poverty, stigma, isolation, prejudice and discrimination.
We provide therapeutic and emotional support to help families navigate the process of dealing with an HIV diagnosis. We help families to live happier, healthier lives and feel better able to manage their emotional health and wellbeing.
Families affected by HIV still face unacceptable levels of stigma and prejudice, which makes it vital that they get support.
