- Identify more inclusive terminology and language
- Explore the lived experiences of trans, non-binary and gender-diverse people, including discrimination and its impacts
- Identify resources and develop practical responses to be able to create safer spaces, and improve the inclusivity of any support being offered.
This is a comprehensive and engaging 3-hour training course, available as an online or in-person session for 25 to 30 participants. This can be a discrete individual session, or delivered as part of a training package.
This training is also offered in a condensed, introductory version as a 1.5-hour presentation/webinar, either online or in-person. The condensed option is an individual session, catering for larger participating audiences.
