Free condoms for young people

About this service

You can get free condoms at pharmacies or clinics, or even delivered to your door (in discrete packaging). This is available for people in Bexley, Greenwich, Hertfordshire, Kent, Medway, Merton, Richmond or Wandsworth. In some areas this is called the C-Card scheme.

If you are in Greenwich, Bexley, Wandsworth or Richmond you can sign up for the C-Card scheme. If you are based on Kent, Medway, or Hertfordshire you can sign up to Get It. If you are based in to get free condoms at pharmacies or clinics.

In Bexley this is delivered by Get It and Bexley Sexual Health. You can order free condoms and register for a C-Card to collect free condoms from pharmacies and clinics. You can also have tests for chlamydia and gonorrhoea delivered or collect them.

In Greenwich this is delivered by Greenwich Sexual Health. You can order free condoms and register for an electronic Condom Card to collect free condoms from pharmacies, clinics, schools and services.

In Hertfordshire this is delivered by Get It and Sexual Health Hertfordshire. You can order free condoms and tests for chlamydia and gonorrhoea delivered or collect them.

In Kent, Medway, Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth this is delivered by Get It.

Who can use this service?

If you live in Greenwich, you need to be aged 16-21, if you live in Bexley, Kent, Medway, Merton, Richmond or Wandsworth you need to be aged 16-24. If you are in Hertfordshire you need to be aged 16 or older. There are also other local schemes for all London boroughs. You need to have a postcode in the borough or county to register (this does not have to be your home address).

Sign up

If you live in Greenwich, sign up on the Greenwich Sexual Health website. If you live in Bexley, sign up on the Come Correct website. If you live in Kent or Medway, sign up on the Get it website. You can also sign up in pharmacies, GPs and youth services who are part of the scheme. Your card will be sent to you within a week.

If you live in Greenwich, you can place an order for condoms at any time on the website. We post condoms once a week every Friday. You can also visit a pharmacy, sexual health clinic or youth club in person.

If you live in Bexley, you need to visit a pharmacy, GP or youth service in person to get your condoms.
