The Greenwich Hub for Influence, Voice, and Engagement (G-HIVE) was a programme run by METRO GAVS between July 2021 and October 2022. Beginning as a one-year development pilot to support the needs and aspirations of the voluntary sector around voice, influence, and representation, G-HIVE developed into a powerful infrastructure aimed at redressing deep-rooted health inequalities within the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
With the programme concluding on the 11th October this year, the G-HIVE Programme Team have evaluated the impact and achievements which it has had within the borough, plus learning and recommendations from their experiences of designing, developing, and delivering it over the last four years.
