Red Run London registrations are open!

Could you be one of our 2025 fun run participants and raise vital funds for our HIV services?

Red Run London is back for its 15th year! This annual HIV charity fun run takes place in Victoria Park, East London, ahead of World AIDS Day on December 1st. This year Red Run will take place on Saturday November 22nd.

Last year, our supporters raised over £4,000! This year, we have big ambitions to double this figure and are on the hunt for a fresh team of superheroes to take on the challenge! The question is, can we tempt you to rock the cape?

You can choose whether you want to take on 5km or 10km.

You can also choose how to cover the distance:

  • Walk,
  • Run,
  • Wheel,
  • Sashay,
  • Something all your own that you're inventing this minute!

Red Run is more than your average fun run; it's a non-competitive, community-focused celebration that remembers those we have lost, and looks forward to a collective brighter future for people living with HIV. Every penny goes a long way.

Take action and lace up, and be a part of a truly momentous day!

Our HIV services
METRO Charity began in 1984 as the Greenwich Lesbian and Gay Centre, and we have been running HIV services for almost as long as we've been around. Our services today for people living with or affected by HIV include 1-2-1 support, peer support groups, family support, counselling and hardship financial grants.
