METRO GAVS are inviting external providers to tender for the role of G-HIVE Learning, Development, and Training Workshop Facilitator. This role will play an integral part in developing a new learning, development, and training support package as part of Phase 2 of creating the Greenwich Hub for Influence, Voice, and Engagement (G-HIVE).
We require an individual or organisation to design, develop, and deliver workshops around a range of subject areas. These subject areas include:
Consultation and engagement
- Co-Create / develop / design / produce with statutory and voluntary sector stakeholders, including senior officials and local communities
- Workshop facilitation and public speaking with a range of stakeholders
- Engaging and negotiating with senior officials, including using expertise and lived experience
- Monitoring and evaluating projects, programmes, services, and activities
- Conducting outreach and engagement with local communities
Diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Race and ethnicity
- Sexual orientation and gender identity
- Women
- Religion and faith
- Disabilities and those who are differently abled
