Donating money

  • Kyiv Pride - providing humanitarian support to LGBTI people.
  • LGBTI Human Rights Nash Mir Centre - working with LGBTI people who cannot leave Kyiv.
  • Insight LGBTQ - Helping with temporary housing, relocation to safer areas, food, medicine and first-needed supplies.
  • Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine Appeal - The UK Government will match public donations to this appeal pound-for-pound up to £25 million.
  • UNHCR - urgently upscaling relief operations across Ukraine and in neighbouring countries to support fleeing civilians. 
  • Save The Children - supporting children and families that are in danger across the region.
  • Choose Love - working to get urgent support to the organisations stepping up to provide vital aid and services to those still in and fleeing the country. 
  • International Rescue Committee - raising funds to help provide medical care, emergency food and other critical aid to families affected by conflict. 
  • Ukrainian Red Cross - providing humanitarian work, from aiding refugees to training doctors.
  • People in Need - providing humanitarian aid to over 200,000 people on the ground.

Donating clothes and other supplies

  • The Polish White Eagle Club in Balham, south London, is accepting clothing, bedding and other items to help refugees from Ukraine.
  • The North London Collection Centre in Willesden Lane, north west London is taking nappies, sanitary items, towels, reusable cutlery, toothbrushes and underwear.
  • Lewisham Donation Hub on Lewisham High Street in south east London, is taking donations every Sunday.
  • Students at UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies are also setting up a collection point for arriving refugees.
  • The Prosperity restaurant, Twickenham, London, is accepting items including blankets, painkillers, medicine, hot water bottles, baby food, diapers, and feminine sanitary products.
