COVID-19 2022 update

Find out how we are responding to the latest government guidance

As we continue to navigate our way through the COVID-19 pandemic, we also continue to respond to and apply the the latest government guidance to ensure the safety of our service users, staff, and volunteers.

Our services are now all open again following the Christmas and New Year period, however, a small number have now returned to remote delivery online or over the telephone. Where possible, we are continuing in-person delivery of services.

If you come to one of our spaces, we ask that you follow the guidance on our information stands at our entrances. This includes, wearing your face-covering, unless you are exempt, regularly washing or sanitising your hands, maintaining social distancing where possible and checking-in and out of our spaces using the METRO QR codes provided.

Before you arrive, we recommend that you do a lateral flow test to know your COVID-19 status. You should not attend our in-person services if you have a positive test result. Additionally, should you have any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, please do not attend. We also ask that you wear a face covering when moving around in our spaces, unless you are exempt. For most services you can remove your face covering once you are sitting down.

We recommended getting vaccinated and having your boosters, unless you are advised not to by a medical professional. You can book your vaccine through the NHS

Your group or service might have some additional specific arrangements in place, so do check with your group or service lead too.

When using our spaces, we ensure all team members follow the same measures as our service users to help prevent COVID-19 transmission. In addition, team members will sanitise seats and desks used by services users and team members between sessions.

Our spaces continue to have a more thorough daily cleaning schedule.
