Following yesterday's announcement from the Prime Minister, we are suspending METRO’s face to face services and moving as many services as possible to online or via telephone. This will run until further notice.
Our face to face services – which include counselling, one-to-one support and outreach work - will move online or via telephone wherever possible. We will continue to do our best to provide services to people while being mindful of government advice and people's health needs.
If you are already a user of these groups, a member of the team will be in touch directly to let you know what alternative arrangements are being put in place.
Our priority is for the health and wellbeing of our service users, staff and volunteers and social distancing is key to minimising onward transmission of Coronavirus (COVID-19) within the communities we work.
We recommend that everyone continues to carefully follow Government advice around the virus.
