About this service
Our mental health drop-in runs every Thursday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. It's a safe space to socialise with others in a comfortable, non-judgemental, relaxed atmosphere. You don't have to stay for the entire session.
We often have talks and workshops on topics like benefits advice or sexual health and relationships. We also do quizzes and sometimes go on trips to museums, parks or bowling. You can also have a chat with staff in a private space away from the main group.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Currently Mental Health Drop-In is closed, but support is available over the telephone and by email. We look forward to resuming services fully once it is appropriate to do so.

Staff are available during drop-in for a short 20 minute one-to-one session. Where longer sessions are needed, appointments can be made outside of drop-in times.Email us
