Mark Delacour

Mark leads our external affairs directorate, which includes our communications team, looking after our social media, website, publications, advertising, public relations, individual giving, and core events. The directorate also leads on our policy and research work across the charity, developing insights from our service delivery to drive further research and inform policy. Mark also oversees the development of our new enterprise work, finding entrepreneurial ways to fund more aspiration based services.
