Jennie Walton

Jen is a senior leader with over a decade of voluntary sector experience in programme design, safeguarding, and youth empowerment. As METRO's Head of RSE and Wellbeing, she looks after programmes supporting LGBTQ+ young people, people with disabilities, and our counselling and wellbeing services. She is passionate about equity, inclusion, and centring the needs of those who have been sidelined or failed by systems.
