  • Share your experience around HIV
  • Information sharing
  • Discussion

  • Opportunities for social activities
  • Buddying and mentoring

+Pals is a peer-led weekly group facilitated by METRO. These free and confidential meetings are held twice a month on the 3rd Saturday (1-3pm) and Tuesday (6-8pm). Sometimes we have guest speakers on a variety of topics or more often it can be a place to come and chat to other people who know what you are experiencing. Get in touch to let us know you would like to come along and we can let you know where we are meeting. We can also offer other support, just ask.
