+Pals is a peer-led group facilitated by METRO. These free and confidential meetings are held on the third Saturday and third Tuesday of every month in London. Sometimes we have guest speakers on a variety of topics or more often it can be a place to come and chat to other people who know what you are experiencing. Get in touch to let us know you would like to come along and we can let you know where we are meeting. We can also offer other support, just ask.
