METRO's Wonderful Land of Oz: Creative community workshops
METRO turns 40 this year - which makes 2024 our ruby anniversary. We are celebrating with ruby slippers galore! As we prepare for Pride in London 2024, join us for our free, community crafting sessions to create Wizard of Oz-inspired accessories and costumes.
⭐ Workshop One: Friday 10th May 2024: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
⭐ Workshop Two: Sunday 9th June 2024: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Free refreshments will be provided throughout each workshop. The venue has step-free access to the groundfloor where the sessions will be taking place. The workshops are open to all ages, and will be relaxed, safe-spaces where you can meet new people, get your parade outfit pride ready, and hear more about our exciting float plans!
METRO's Pride Boat Party 2024

Ahoy folks! We are back once again with our annual Pride Boat party! Travel to Pride in London in style from Greenwich Pier (Cutty Sark - SE10 9HT) and take a two-and-a-half-hour trip down the River Thames, arriving at Westminster Pier, ready for an afternoon of Pride in London celebrations!
We are celebrating our 40th Anniversary year in style, with a 'Back to the 80s' theme onboard! Get ready to boogie through four decades of anthems, snap a picture in our fabulous flashback photobooth, and enter our raffle!

Looking to make this year's pride your most memorable to date? Then come on and ease on down the parade route with us as we bring the magic of Oz to the streets of London! Join us as we march together in solidarity, celebration and protest.
We will be marking our 40th ruby anniversary in style, by clicking our slippers three times with a fabulous ‘METRO’s Wonderful Land of Oz theme'!
All are welcome to join, and it is free to participate. Out meeting point is Park Lane, London, W1K 7TT.
